This project at Picasso Residence came through a recommendation from the property’s developer.

The client had previously seen the lobby designs for Picasso Residence Tower A and B, which were designed by our team, and was particularly impressed with the overall concept.

Because of that experience, the homeowner decided to engage DW for their private residence within the development.

The client’s main request was simple, the home should feel luxurious and predominantly white.

With this direction in mind, the design focuses on layering different white materials and finishes while maintaining an elegant and refined atmosphere throughout the home.

Through careful material selection and lighting, the final space achieves a luxurious environment while still feeling comfortable for everyday living.
