For this residence at Brezza Hill, the homeowners went through a careful selection process before appointing their designer. After filtering through 14 different designers, they eventually chose DW because they resonated with our past projects.

One particular project that stood out to them was our Sunsuria Residential Suite, concept, which became a key inspiration when designing this home.

During the planning stage, it was important to consider the family’s lifestyle as the homeowners have three sons. The design therefore focused on ensuring proper space allocation while creating a comfortable environment for the children.

Dedicated study areas were incorporated so that each child would have a conducive space to focus on their studies.

The final design balances practicality and comfort, creating a warm family home that supports both daily living and the children’s growing needs.
