Movements in Contrast: A Symphony of Light, Depth, and Character
Each space within the same development presents an opportunity to shape a distinct yet connected design experience.
For Picasso Residence Tower B, the scope extends beyond the lobby to include the sky pavilion and karaoke area, each designed with its own character while maintaining a cohesive identity.
The lobby is envisioned as a welcoming and refined space, where a palette of white and warm wood is complemented by rich textures and curated pops of colour through furniture and art pieces. This creates a bright, inviting atmosphere with a subtle sense of sophistication.
In contrast, the sky pavilion and karaoke areas adopt a darker tonal base, introducing depth and a more intimate mood. Colourful furniture elements are carefully incorporated to add vibrancy and visual interest, preventing the spaces from feeling overly heavy.
Across all three areas, the use of designer furniture pieces becomes a unifying element, adding a distinctive touch and elevating the overall spatial experience.
The result is a series of spaces that feel thoughtfully connected, yet individually expressive, delivering both functionality and a memorable design identity.
